1. Due to lighting, different devices and variations amongst monitors, the color in the image may vary slightly from the actual color of the product.
2. We make and ship out patches by mail within 3 business days after payment has been made. This timeframe may increase when the order involves more than 10 patches.
3. Shipping terms and conditions:
3.1 For international shipping, we take responsibility for the movement of the parcel within Russia, i.e. we take responsibility for the work of the Russian Post. However, we are not responsible for the movement of the parcel outside Russia.
3.2 If a parcel is lost in Russia, we will either resend a new parcel or refund the money as the customer might want.
3.3 If a parcel is lost in another country, we will write a formal claim to the shipping company. Based on the Universal Postal Convention, the shipping company in the destination country must provide a response within 3 months, or deliver the parcel, or confirm that the parcel has been lost and pay us compensation. We will resend a lost parcel or refund the money as soon as the shipping company formally confirms the loss and pays us compensation.
3.4 We will not be liable for any incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, neither will we be responsible for customs clearance in the destination country.
3.5. If a parcel is not delivered within 60 days, the customer needs to contact us in the Contact Us section. In such case, we will check the current location of the parcel, and if it has been lost, we will either send a new one or refund the money as the customer might want. If the customer fails to inform us of any non-delivered parcel within 120 days from the date of payment, the parcel shall be considered delivered. Claims on delivery will not be accepted 120 days after payment.
4. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be returned because our patches are customized for each particular customer.
