We send patches by Post of Russia within 3 working days from the moment of payment, at the order over 10 patches – the term can be extended.
If you do not receive the parcel (registered letter) due to your fault (i.e., you either specified an incorrect delivery address, or the parcel arrived at your post office, but you didn’t pick it up and the mail sent it back to us) – resending is possible Only if you pay for the return of the parcel and the new delivery at the tariffs of the Russian Post. In case of refusal to send again – the money for the order will not be returned. Re-sending is carried out only once and not later than 1 month from the moment of initial dispatch.
Explanation: if you do not receive the parcel – Russian Post sends it back to the sender, i.e. us. To receive this parcel, we must pay for its return, otherwise Russian Post will destroy the parcel. In order to avoid returning the parcel, carefully fill in the delivery address and track the parcel by tracking number on the Russian Post website and collect it immediately as it arrives at your department.
Return of goods of good quality is possible within 14 days of receipt. Return of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer. The refund is carried out minus the actual cost of delivery according to the tariffs of the Russian Post (i.e., the bonus for the wholesale order is deductible).
Ordered unique (nominal) goods are not subject to exchange and return.
