1. The color of the patch may vary slightly due to the different color rendering of the monitor.
2. We send patches by Russian Post within 3 business days from the date of payment, when ordering more than 10 patches – the period may be increased.
3. Terms of delivery in Russia:
3.1 When delivering in Russia, we guarantee delivery and take responsibility for the operation of the Russian Post, in case of loss of the parcel by Russian Post, we will send the parcel again or refund the money, unless you specify an erroneous (non-existent) address or if you do not pick up the parcel on time indicated in delivery service rules.
3.2 If you did not receive the parcel (registered letter) through your fault (i.e. either you indicated the wrong delivery address or the parcel arrived at your post office, but you did not pick it up and the mail sent it back to us) – re-sending possible only when paying for the return of the parcel and new delivery at the rates of the Russian Post. In case of refusal to resend, the money for the order will not be returned. Re-sending is possible only once and no later than 7 days from the date of return of the parcel to us.
Explanation: if you do not pick up the parcel, Russian Post sends it back to the sender, i.e. us. To receive this parcel, we must pay its return, otherwise the Russian Post will destroy the parcel. To avoid returning the parcel, carefully fill out the delivery address and track the parcel by the tracking number on the Russian Post website.
3.3 If the parcel is not delivered in Russia within 14 days, you need to contact us in the “Contacts us” section, we will check where the package is, if it is lost, of your choice, we will send a new parcel or refund your money. If you have not sent us a message about the non-delivery of the parcel / claim within 60 days from the date of payment, we consider that the parcel has been delivered. After 60 days from payment, claims for delivery will not be accepted.
4. Terms of delivery to other countries:
4.1 Upon delivery to other countries, we guarantee delivery in our country, i.e. we take responsibility for the work of the Russian Post, but, unfortunately, we can not guarantee delivery in the country of destination.
4.2 In case of loss of the parcel in Russia, we will resend the parcel, or refund the money.
4.3 In case of loss of the parcel in other countries, we write an official complaint to the delivery service. According to the Universal Postal Convention, the delivery service in the country of destination must provide a response within 3 months, or deliver the parcel, or confirm the loss and pay us compensation. As soon as the delivery service officially confirms the loss and provides us with compensation, we will resend the parcel (or return the money).
4.4 We are not responsible in cases where you indicate an incorrect delivery address, as well as for customs clearance in the country of destination.
4.5. If the package has not been delivered within 60 days during international delivery (to any country except Russia), you need to contact us in the “Contacts us” section, we will check where the package is, if it is lost, of your choice, we will send a new parcel or refund your money. If you have not sent us a message about the non-delivery of the parcel / claim within 120 days from the date of payment, we consider that the parcel has been delivered. After 120 days from payment, claims for delivery will not be accepted.
5. Return of goods of good quality is possible within 14 days from receipt. Return of goods is at the expense of the buyer. Refunds are made net of the actual cost of delivery at the rates of the Russian Post (i.e. the bonus for the bulk order is deductible).
The ordered unique (registered) product is not refundable.
